Will the dress I get be exactly like the pictures on the project page?

The dresses you see on the project page are prototypes, and very close to what will be expected in the final production (there may be slight variations and improvements). Color/Fabric/Print options that are finalized are stated above in the “Choose Your Dress” Section.

Does the dress work for women with larger chest sizes? Yes! The Undress has stretch, which makes it work for most women from A cup to DD. The stretch rating is shown in the “Choose your Dress” section above on the main campaign page.

My height is short (medium, tall), will The Undress work for me? The Undress - Version 2 Sport is designed to work and has been tested with women and juniors of nearly any height, from less than 4’10 to 5’ 9”

What if the dress does not fit or I don’t like it, will you accept returns or exchanges? We absolutely stand behind our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If you do not love your dress, send it back for return it for exchange or credit within 90 days of receiving it. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number at [email protected]

Does the dress work with a wetsuit or a one-piece (one piece) bathing suit? Yes! We have a video of our friend Kaitee getting in and out of a wetsuit, which does a good job of illustrating using the dress with a one-piece as well. I pledged for 2 or more dresses, will I be able to select different colors and sizes? Of course! Please see your survey to select the color(s) and size(s) you prefer

I pledged for 2 or more dresses, can I ship them to different locations? Unfortunately we can only ship your reward to the one and only address you submit in your survey

What shipping service will you use for domestic and international shipments? We will use the United States Postal Service for all domestic and international shipments. USPS has been a very reliable partner and we plan to continue using the service.

Will I know when you ship my reward? Will I get a tracking number? Our plan is to email you the shipping confirmation message with tracking info when we ship your reward. It is very important that you monitor the email address you use in your Kickstarter profile. If you log in to Kickstarter with Facebook, it will be the email address associated with your Facebook account.

To what email address will you send your project updates and other communications? It will be the email address associated with your Indiegogo account

I am moving outside of the United States after the project ends. What should I do? We will be happy to ship your reward to your new destination! Please select international shipping option when pledging. Then share your desired shipping address when we send out the survey after the project ends.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
